Providence Baptist Church

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and sufficient Word of God. It was given so that we might know who God is, understand His will, and find life through His Son, Jesus Christ.

At Providence, we gladly submit to the authority of Scripture in all things — in our teaching, our worship, and our daily lives.

We believe in one living and true God — eternal, holy, and unchanging — who exists forever in three persons:

Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

This is the God we worship at Providence Baptist Church: one in essence, three in person, united in love and glory.

The Father is the source of all life, the Creator of all things, and the one who lovingly rules over His world. He is righteous, merciful, and faithful to every promise.

We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man.

He stepped into our world, born of a virgin, lived without sin, died on the cross for our sins, and rose bodily from the grave. He is the way, the truth, and the life — the only Savior and the hope of the world.

Jesus now reigns in glory and will one day return to judge the world and make all things new. We trust in Him alone for salvation, and we proclaim Him as the hope of the world.

 The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God, fully divine, sent to convict the world of sin and to bring life to those who believe. He dwells in every believer — guiding, comforting, transforming, and empowering us to walk in obedience and bear fruit for God's glory.

At Providence, we depend on the Spirit for power, wisdom, comfort, and guidance. He dwells in every believer, empowering us to live holy lives and to serve in love.

At Providence Baptist Church, we are not centered on programs, personalities, or traditions — we are centered on Jesus Christ.

He is the cornerstone of our faith, the head of this church, and the one through whom we know the Father and receive the Spirit.

Through Jesus, we are saved by grace, called into God’s family, and sent into the world. Our mission is to glorify God by proclaiming the gospel, teaching His Word, and living Spirit-filled lives — all for the name of Jesus Christ.
